How delivery works

• After you place an order, our team calls or messages you to confirm it.
• Confirmed orders are packed and handed to our courier partner, usually within 1 working day.
• Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days. Remote areas, public holidays or bad weather can add some time.
• The delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on your district.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery — pay the delivery person when you receive the parcel.
• bKash, Nagad or Rocket — pay securely at checkout.

Store pickup

Prefer to collect it yourself? Visit our showroom at Shop-352, Motalib Plaza, Hatirpool, Dhaka. Please call us first so we can keep your item ready.

When your parcel arrives

• Please check that the box is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
• If anything looks wrong — damaged box, wrong item or missing parts — contact us right away with your order number and photos.
